I’m Chuck Grimmett, the proprietor of this fine blog. I work at Automattic on the WordPress.com Special Projects Team. When I’m not in front of a monitor, I love to experiment with food and drink. I’ve never worked in the food service industry, so I’m writing from my personal experience of cooking for my wife, friends, and family.
