This is the quintessential summer drink. We start drinking these as soon as Memorial Day rolls around.
- I love mint, so I like to tear my mint leaves up before putting them in to release more flavor. If you don’t grow your own mint at home, you should. It grows easily both inside and out. We use ours year-round.
- In addition to mint and cucumber, you could put strawberries and/or rhubarb in this drink as well.
- Try ginger beer instead of ginger ale for a spicier drink.
